About the Role
The DL Kids Coach will host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12, after school and at weekends. Holiday club programmes run during school holidays as sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical side. The role is based within Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, where team members are the ambassadors of the business. Hours will vary but are upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Deliver sessions after school and at weekends.
- Support holiday club programmes during school holidays.
- Help younger members have fun and explore their physical side through sport camps.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and contribute to a thriving, inclusive culture.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Be aged 17 or over and be working towards a childcare, teaching or coaching qualification.
- Have previous experience in a similar environment.
- Show a genuine passion for engaging with individuals and children.
