About the Role
The role is for a self-employed Swimming Teacher to join a premium health and wellness group. The Swim Instructor will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does, and the environment is one where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage members of all ages in swimming sessions.
- Coach members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
- Deliver group swimming sessions.
- Deliver a great quality experience to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
