About the Role
This role plays a vital part in the club's wellbeing by ensuring the environment and equipment are well maintained. The role involves keeping all equipment fully functioning and prioritising the safety of members and colleagues. The post holder will help deliver an excellent member experience every day, seven days a week, as part of the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all club equipment is fully functioning.
- Maintain the club environment to a high standard.
- Keep the safety of members and colleagues at the forefront of all maintenance work.
- Support the delivery of an excellent member experience every day, seven days a week.
- Play a vital role in the club's wellbeing as part of the maintenance operative team.
- Take pride in the environment in which the club operates.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Technical skills or discipline in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrics (essential).
- Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
- A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within the region.
- Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
Salary
- 32k-35k per annum
