About the Role
CAA Sports is welcoming a group of new interns to its London offices as part of a paid, full-time 12-week internship programme running from 1 February to 23 April 2027. Interns work full time for the duration of the programme within an assigned department, supporting a variety of projects. This internship sits within CAA Brand Consulting, where the team plans, develops and implements high-end events and guest programmes for brands in sport. The role is suited to an Events & Hospitality enthusiast looking to gain practical experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Hospitality Manager in shaping and innovating the global hospitality and event experience
- Contribute to the management of the client hospitality and guest experience programme
- Assist with tracking and utilisation of contractual hospitality assets and ticket allocations
- Support project and event management, including hospitality and logistics
- Establish relationships with key rights holders to meet ongoing approvals and deadlines
- Help source, engage and manage suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Provide general administrative support to the overall team
- Conduct research and provide general support for the overall team
- Carry out administrative and data entry tasks
- Support a variety of projects within the assigned department
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills
- A proven passion for and knowledge of the desired field
- Proactive problem-solving approach with an enthusiasm for building a career at CAA
- Enthusiasm for events and hospitality, with an interest in gaining experience planning, developing and implementing high-end events and guest programmes for brands in sport
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the 12-week programme
- Ability to work from one of CAA's London offices for the duration of the programme
