About the Role
The Lifeguard plays a vital role in overseeing poolside safety at David Lloyd Clubs and ensuring members have a great experience. The role involves ensuring pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation at all times. The successful candidate will join a team that values belonging and supports colleagues to thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety at all times.
- Ensure members have a great experience.
- Ensure pool areas are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
