About the Role
This role is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, delivery and evaluation of all Aston Villa Foundation programmes, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions that create meaningful impact across priority areas such as health, education, employability and community inclusion. It drives a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and measurable outcomes, ensuring programmes align with the Foundation's mission, stakeholder expectations and funding requirements. The post sits within the Aston Villa Foundation and Community Partnerships Central Team and leads a team of Senior Programme Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a high-quality, diverse programme portfolio aligned to the Foundation's strategic objectives.
- Oversee all Foundation programmes, ensuring consistency, quality and safeguarding standards.
- Provide strategic leadership for the development, delivery and evaluation of all Foundation programmes.
- Contribute to the Foundation's overall strategic planning and organisational growth.
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of Senior Programme Managers.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and measurable outcomes across the programme portfolio.
- Ensure programmes align with the Foundation's mission, stakeholder expectations and funding requirements.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that create meaningful impact in priority areas such as health, education, employability and community inclusion.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
