About the Role
The role involves overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience across the club's indoor and outdoor pools. The role ensures pool areas comply with all health and safety requirements, conducts pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintains accurate documentation at all times. The position sits within a team that acts as ambassadors for the business and is central to member experience.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
Salary
£13.00 Per hour
