About the Role
The Personal Trainer delivers high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role sits within a team-focused health and wellness environment where team members are considered ambassadors of the business. The employer supports growing the trainer's client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
- Develop programming plans for members.
- Guide members in the gym environment.
- Support members to achieve their goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passion for customer service.
- Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Salary
- 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
- Minimum £16.00 per session, increasing to £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
