About the Role
The Lifeguard will join David Lloyd Clubs, Europe's leading premium health and wellness group, and will be responsible for overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a positive experience. With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools, Lifeguards play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The role also involves ensuring pool areas meet Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety at all times.
- Ensure members have a great experience.
- Ensure pool areas are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for the role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Demonstrate strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Be a team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
