About the Role
The Tennis Coach forms an important part of the tennis team, with responsibility for managing activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes. The role promotes competitions, leagues and events internally and creates a fun learning environment. The coach provides year-round coaching to members of all abilities, from those holding a racquet for the first time to those showing real promise on court.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide year-round tennis coaching to members of all abilities, from beginners to promising players.
- Manage tennis activities and teams.
- Manage box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes.
- Promote competitions, leagues and events internally.
- Create a fun learning environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Level 3 LTA qualification.
- Passion for all things health and fitness and for supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
