About the Graduate Programme

The 12-month Graduate Programme is designed for talented graduates seeking practical experience, professional development, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects. Participants will work on real business challenges, receive structured training, and develop skills through hands-on experience across relevant areas of the organisation.

The programme encourages creativity, independent thinking, and continuous learning. High-performing graduates may be considered for promotion during or after the programme, creating opportunities for long-term career progression within Revolut.

The Product Designer Opportunity

Product Designers at Revolut play an important role in creating intuitive, attractive, and effective digital experiences. The position requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Graduate Product Designers will contribute to the development of end-to-end customer experiences, helping transform complex financial processes into simple, accessible, and engaging solutions. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that products meet customer expectations while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to identify customer needs and define business problems. They will conduct user research, interpret findings, and use insights to guide design decisions.

Responsibilities will include developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and complete product flows that address customer challenges. Graduate designers will also conduct usability testing, gather customer feedback, and refine their designs to improve functionality and accessibility.

In addition, they will work closely with engineering teams to implement proposed solutions, evaluate product performance after launch, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Eligibility and Required Qualifications

Applicants must have graduated, or expect to graduate, in 2025, 2026, or 2027, with a predicted or achieved upper second-class honours degree (2:1) or equivalent. A degree in Design or a related discipline is required.

Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

Applicants must be available to work full-time from early or late 2027 and attend a Revolut office in their country of employment approximately three days per week, where applicable. Additional language skills and experience in entrepreneurship or startup environments are advantageous.

Locations, Compensation and Support

The programme offers office opportunities in Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, London, and Madrid, with remote arrangements available across eligible locations in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

International applicants may receive visa assistance, travel-cost support, and accommodation for their first month, subject to applicable conditions. The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, combining office collaboration with flexibility.

The advertised gross monthly compensation for Krakow and Poland is PLN 13,200. Compensation for other locations will be discussed during interviews, with final offers determined by qualifications, skills, and previous experience.

Application Timeline

Applications opened in May 2026, with recruitment scheduled between July and December 2026. Successful candidates are expected to begin the programme in March or September 2027. Recruitment takes place on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged. Applicants can indicate their preferred intake during the recruitment process.
