- Must Have
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, OR in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

What will you be doing?
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Draft SOPs, policies and manuals.
- Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
