Key Accountabilities – O&M Project Manager (UK)

  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day activities for Energy projects, ensuring delivery in line with contractual KPIs. Utilise technical background to assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for project clients, including organising regular updates and responding to issues.
  • Commercial & Budget Oversight: Support budgeting and cost tracking to maintain positive O&M performance.
  • Project Close-Out & Contractual Management: Support legal and commercial negotiations to minimise exposure on defects and delays.
  • People Management responsibilities: Lead the recruitment front and setup of local O&M teams. Manage contractor and supplier databases through ongoing sourcing and vetting.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Contribute to monthly/annual O&M reports and maintain accurate project documentation and backups.
