Job Description
The Analyst contributes to all phases of the project cycle including origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring of infrastructure projects across the Eurasian region. The role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, project monitoring and supporting the operation leader and project team throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in relevant areas.
Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA is desirable.
Strong quantitative and numerical skills with ability to interpret financial information and design financial models.
Credit analysis skills including interpretation of accounts and understanding of local and international accounting principles.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages including financial analysis and modelling modules.
Good understanding of relevant systems and processes.
Ability to work effectively as a team member, meet deadlines and work under time pressure.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Relevant financial industry experience from investment or commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, or auditing/financial consulting firm operating to international standards.
Exposure to industry and country experience.
Exposure to infrastructure sector is desirable, including understanding of sector specifics and regulation.
Experience working in Eurasia is desirable.
Good command of local/country language is an advantage.
