Cook up success. Lead your House store. Inspire your team. We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Doncaster. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
  • Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
  • Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
  • Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
  • Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
  • Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
  • Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-presented store environment
