A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to ensure the seamless running of the business in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being proactive in maintaining and/or improving profitability. We are looking for candidates who are highly enthusiastic, friendly and open to new challenges. You will be looking after and motivating the team to aim for best results in order to support the delivery of our business strategies. You will seek out and maximise revenue opportunities, whilst minimising costs. You will be responsible for financial management, health and safety and sales for the restaurant. In addition, with your exceptional service, food and drink knowledge you will also lead and inspire the front of house team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will actively encourage a culture of high standards throughout your entire team.
