Initial 6 month fixed-term contract, £50,000-£60,000 pro-rata, remote with occasional travel to London. SC Clearance is required to be considered for this role.

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead transformative change programmes for our consultancy partner's public sector clients. They are looking for someone with a track record of delivering high-impact change - especially in Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional change management services, both remotely and onsite.
  • Design and implement change strategies that meet client needs, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Build trust with stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on change management best practices.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Prosci® ADKAR® certification.
  • Active SC clearance.
  • Proven experience delivering change management for Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Confident leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities - especially in virtual and hybrid environments.
  • A thoughtful, people-first mindset and the ability to support behaviour change across diverse teams.
