We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead transformative change programmes for our consultancy partner's public sector clients. They are looking for someone with a track record of delivering high-impact change - especially in Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional change management services, both remotely and onsite.
- Design and implement change strategies that meet client needs, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
- Build trust with stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on change management best practices.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Prosci® ADKAR® certification.
- Active SC clearance.
- Proven experience delivering change management for Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Confident leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities - especially in virtual and hybrid environments.
