Transformation Director

Initial 6 month contract, rate c. £1000-£1400pd inside IR35, hybrid (2-3 days per week in London), Active SC Clearance is required to be considered for the role We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead and oversee a large-scale digital transformation programme within Central Government. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and improved public services. Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation strategies. Manage complex change processes while ensuring alignment with government priorities and policies. Lead digital transformation and help improve public service delivery. Requirements: Extensive experience in leading digital transformation programmes within public sector. Ability to build and manage relationships with senior Civil Servants, Government Officials and decision-makers. Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines for transformation programmes. Active SC Clearance is required due to the quick turnaround needed.
