Senior HRBP / HR Projects Lead - Total Experience (TX), Change, Government

£500-£600 per day (inside IR35)

A proven Human Resource Business Partner is required to provide expertise to our customer as part of organisational change work. You will act as the main point of contact for all HR related work, queries and project demands relating to the project.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner or similar.
  • Proven in providing Total Experience (TX) expertise to organisational change projects.
  • Experienced in being the main point of contact for HR related work on major organisational projects.
  • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Any experience of TUPE or COSOP regulations is beneficial.
