The role
Our continued growth means that we are seeking an experienced delivery professional to support the needs of our valued and high-profile customer base. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile search campaigns in the digital, data and technology space and, increasingly, support our customers’ growth into the AI space.
As an experienced and established delivery or recruitment consultant, you will be able to undertake the following:
- Fostering and managing strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to executive level and ensuring that they are fully familiar with our suite of services.
- Maintaining knowledge of our frameworks, track record and services proactively at all times.
- Understanding and being able to relay our service proposition and track record to any possible customer.
- Booking regular meetings to both manage existing relationships and generate sales meetings for colleagues.
- Engaging with potential clients to fully understand their needs and tailor service delivery accordingly.
- Complete the fulfilment of a range of customer requests, including interim, fixed term and permanent contingent roles, team builds for statements of work and complete executive search processes.
- Generating regular, relevant and high-quality marketing and blog content on behalf of yourself, your colleagues and the company.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
- Undertaking the full delivery lifecycle within the recruitment process, from candidate identification and research, to screening, process management, interviewing and placement, including effective closing of the candidate to ensure acceptance upon offer.
- Producing high quality documentation including advertisements and reports without errors.
- Supporting colleagues with the generation of proposals and tendering documentation as required.
- Ensuring the accuracy of CRM data at all times and fully utilising company systems.
- Identifying new sources of candidates and building candidate pools that will maximise future revenue.
- Driving the highest level of customer satisfaction in both new and existing customers via regular telephone-based engagement and meetings to monitor evolving needs.
- Ensuring highly effective and qualitative candidate engagement at all times and offering constructive feedback to candidates following any stage of our processes.
- Monitoring the market and candidates for possible leads, including job boards for alerts and social media for shared content, and communicating this to sales colleagues as needed.
- Meeting with and travelling to clients regularly where and when permitted.
- Contributing to company meetings, events and training as required in a constructive, visible, and engaging manner.
- Continuously seeking service and process improvements and suggesting them as they arise.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and legislative requirements at all times and undertaking regular training in search of continuous improvement.
