If so, Global Resourcing are looking to speak to Java Engineers with an IT consultancy and public sector background to support our client on a number of projects using Java, 7/8, Angular, React and Node (desirable). Key Responsibilities

Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design through to build, testing, deployment, and support

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align with team objectives

Contribute to multiple projects in a consulting environment

Promote and apply engineering best practices across teams and projects

Skills and Experience

Significant hands‐on experience as a Full Stack Engineer

Commercial experience with Java (7/8 to current versions)

Experience with modern front‐end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)

Experience with Spring or JAX‐RS/JAX‐WS, JPA

Experience with RESTful services, Hibernate, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins

SQL and test‐driven development (TDD/BDD)

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure; GCP beneficial)

Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Karma, Jasmine)
