Head of Technology & InfrastructureFull-time permanent position, salary up to 81,000 per annum, hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite in LondonWe're currently supporting a Charity looking for an experienced Head of Technology & Infrastructure to lead its technology operations, infrastructure, cyber security, workplace technology and IT support functions.
This is a key technology leadership role also with a strong transformational element, focused on moving the technology function from a primarily reactive support model to a proactive, enabling and professionally managed capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology, infrastructure, cyber security, workplace technology and IT support servicesStabilise and optimise the existing technology estate and workplace environmentStrengthen cyber resilience, governance, risk management and service assuranceLead strategic technology suppliers and ensure strong performance, value and accountabilityOversee technology budgets, procurement and investment decisionsImprove service management, user support and operational performanceDrive adoption of Microsoft 365, automation, AI and modern productivity toolsLead and develop a small technology teamKey Requirements: Senior leadership experience across technology, infrastructure, IT operations or technology servicesProven track record improving technology operations and service management in a complex environmentExperience managing third-party technology suppliers and contractsUnderstanding of cloud, infrastructure, networks, devices, collaboration platforms and SaaSGood understanding of cyber security, information assurance and technology riskStrong team and stakeholder management skillsPublic sector or charity experience preferred
