We are working with a mission-driven humanitarian aid organisation to find a Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to take full ownership of their CRM platform, driving strategy, improvements, and day-to-day performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365
- Own and drive the CRM roadmap, aligning with organisational priorities
- Lead stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Deliver hands‑on configuration (fields, forms, views, workflows) and Power Automate solutions
