We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our Charity sector client's front-line cyber security operations, protecting critical information and technology assets against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mature operational security services (SOC, SIEM, threat intelligence, vulnerability management).
  • Own security monitoring, incident response, and recovery.
  • Manage third-party security suppliers, including a 24/9 SOC.
  • Maintain and improve security tools, processes, and playbooks.
  • Partner with technology and change teams to embed security into BAU.
  • Line manage and mentor Security Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in operational cyber security within a complex organisation.
  • Experience working in a Charity or not-for-profit organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and network security.
  • Recognised security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, CREST).
  • Calm, analytical leader able to manage incidents and multiple priorities.
