Weβre currently seeking a Chief Product & Services Officer to set and champion a clear, user-focused vision for digital products and services, ensuring they deliver meaningful outcomes aligned to ministerial priorities and cross-government standards.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead a cross-organisation product and service strategy aligned to policy and government digital standards.
- Embed best-practice product management, service delivery and user-centred design across teams.
- Own the end-to-end product and service portfolio, from discovery through live operation and optimisation.
- Ensure product teams work to clear goals, evidence-based decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Remove organisational barriers to delivery and drive continuous service improvement.
- Build organisational capability by developing digital professions and setting standards for ways of working.
- Proven senior leadership experience across large, complex digital product or service portfolios - SCS2 level equivalent.
- Strong expertise in product management, service delivery and user-centred design.
- Experience influencing policy and senior stakeholders to adopt modern digital practices.
- Deep understanding of Government Digital Service standards and cross-government delivery models.
- Strategic, outcome-focused leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
