If so, Global Resourcing are looking to speak to Java Engineers with an IT consultancy and public sector background to support our client on a number of projects using Java, 7/8, Angular, React and Node (desirable). This consultancy prides themselves on technical excellence and making full use of our teams expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design through to build, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align with team objectives
• Contribute to multiple projects in a consulting environment
• Promote and apply engineering best practices across teams and projects

Skills and Experience

• Significant hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Commercial experience with Java (7/8 to current versions)
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
• Experience with Spring or JAX‑RS/JAX‑WS, JPA
• Experience with RESTful services, Hibernate, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins
• SQL and test‑driven development (TDD/BDD)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure; GCP beneficial)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Karma, Jasmine)
