Initial 3 month contract, part‑time consultancy (average 2/3 days per week), rate – maximum £250pd outside, onsite (London, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire)
We are currently looking for IT Support Engineers to assist with our client\’s ongoing Windows 11 rollout across sites in London, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This is an onsite role providing hands‑on help to end users as they transition to the new operating system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users with personalisation and setup issues during the rollout
- Help staff locate software in the company portal and advise on request processes
- Support connection of peripherals, including docking stations and multi‑screen setups
- Reassure and guide users, giving them confidence in the transition
- Log tickets accurately and ensure all issues are captured
- Work effectively as part of a wider rollout team
- Liaise with the key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and support
Must‑Haves
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 features, benefits and assistive tools
- Experience in similar IT support roles
- Excellent customer communication skills and a calm, positive approach
- Strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities
- BPSS clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance)
