This opportunity requires someone to set the strategic direction and lead on the delivery of talent attraction, resourcing, and future workforce capability for a complex public sector organisation.

  • Set the strategy for resourcing and workforce capability.
  • Lead end to end talent acquisition, internal mobility and talent pipelines.
  • Develop attraction strategies.
  • Develop and deploy an early careers strategy.
  • Drive workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Help lead the EDI strategy.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in leading end to end resourcing functions in large complex organisations.
  • Workforce planning,
  • Talent attraction strategies.
  • Development of early careers programme.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment legislation.
  • Proven success in improving diversity and inclusion outcomes in recruitment.
  • Experience of working with external suppliers.
  • Experience of working within the public sector or government organisations.
