We are working with a mission-driven humanitarian aid organisation to find a Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to take full ownership of their CRM platform, driving strategy, improvements, and day-to-day performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365
  • Own and drive the CRM roadmap, aligning with organisational priorities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Deliver hands-on configuration (fields, forms, views, workflows) and Power Automate solutions
  • Oversee system performance, user support, and issue resolution
  • Manage CRM governance, change requests, and prioritisation
  • Drive data quality, validation, and reporting capability
  • Optimise Customer Insights and Sales modules to improve engagement and performance
  • Lead UAT, training, and user adoption across teams
  • Manage third-party partners, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with IT on integrations, security, and platform stability

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (configuration, customisation, administration)
  • Proven ability to lead and own a CRM function or platform
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Experience delivering Customer Insights and Sales module solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and partners
  • Solid data management and data quality expertise
  • Working knowledge of SQL and integrations (e.g. KingswaySoft desirable)
  • Understanding of data protection and governance frameworks (e.g. GDPR)
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable:

  • Experience in not-for-profit or public sector environments
  • Familiarity with fundraising or finance processes
