We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our Charity sector client's front-line cyber security operations, protecting critical information and technology assets against evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature operational security services (SOC, SIEM, threat intelligence, vulnerability management)
- Own security monitoring, incident response, and recovery
- Manage third-party security suppliers, including a 24/9 SOC
- Maintain and improve security tools, processes, and playbooks
- Partner with technology and change teams to embed security into BAU
- Line manage and mentor Security Engineers
Key Requirements
- Strong background in operational cyber security within a complex organisation
- Experience working in a Charity or not-for-profit organisation
- Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and network security
- Recognised security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, CREST)
- Calm, analytical leader able to manage incidents and multiple priorities
