Change Manager
Initial 6 month fixed-term contract, £50,000-£60,000 pro-rata, remote with occasional travel to London. *SC Clearance is required to be considered for this role*
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead transformative change programmes for our consultancy partner's public sector clients. They are looking for someone with a track record of delivering high-impact change – especially in Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional change management services, both remotely and onsite
- Design and implement change strategies that meet client needs, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
- Build trust with stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on change management best practices
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Prosci® ADKAR® certification
- Active SC clearance
- Proven experience delivering change management for Microsoft 365 implementations
- Confident leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities – especially in virtual and hybrid environments
- A thoughtful, people-first mindset and the ability to support behaviour change across diverse teams
