We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a Consultancy who are delivering into Central Government department, supporting their transition towards a new target operating model.
You’ll lead business analysis across their portfolio & programme workstreams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring related changes are accurately reflected in the target operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis across Portfolio & Programme workstreams.
- Map current and target-state processes, requirements and data flows.
- Work with platform owners and stakeholders to validate design decisions and support target operating model development.
- Manage and quality-assure analysis produced by more junior Business Analysts where required.
Key Requirements:
- Active SC clearance.
- Proven Manager-level Business Analysis experience within large, complex organisations.
- Experience working on Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and requirements documentation skills.
