As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support our ongoing growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a particular focus on hiring and headhunting across the business in EMEA, including Legal, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, Software Engineering, and the Product and Technical fields.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives including research, recommendations, and implementation of programs and policies.
  • Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent mapping, and guidance on hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across defined roles and functions, partnering with hiring managers to deliver against SLAs from sourcing through offer and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and quality hires.
  • Build talent pipelines using data-driven approaches, sourcing tools, and proactive workforce planning.
  • Champion recruitment best practices, interview training, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
  • Establish effective sourcing methods through networking, professional associations, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks while managing external agency relationships.
  • Serve as escalation point for recruitment issues and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Represent the company professionally at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Compile recruitment metrics and status reports to track effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake through offer, while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, providing market insight and candidate assessments.
  • Strong sourcing and assessment capability, including direct sourcing, screening, and structured interview support.
  • Strategic, consultative mindset capable of advising on talent availability and effective interview and selection strategies.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment regulations, including employment standards and human rights legislation.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse) and advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Solid project management experience with ability to manage moving timelines and changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
