Your role as a Global Relay Python Software Developer engineer will involve:

• Working as part of an agile development team to write Python/PowerShell and automate the injection of demo data into production systems for the Sales team to use to demonstrate Global Relay services to potential clients.
• Writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for project success.
• Scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell/Python.
• Developing tools and utilities to enhance system administration.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing PowerShell scripts.

About you:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Python development.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operations/Service Accounts/Task Scheduling.
• Experience writing Python to access and use REST APIs.
• Experience using and understanding JSON data structures.
• Experience writing and debugging Python and PowerShell code.
• API Call using multiple platforms (Windows/Linux).
• Code version/release management.
• Experience with EML standard email message format.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
• Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of automation workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLabCI, CircleCI, TravisCI.
