Global Relay is seeking an Account Director to join its Customer Success team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with strategic importance, driving growth, retention, and executive alignment with our product roadmap.

You'll own end-to-end account strategy, build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders, and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Sales and Leadership to deliver outcomes.
