About the role: We seek a bilingual English/Swedish Senior HR Generalist to support our London office and our newly opened Stockholm office. Proficiency in Swedish law and language is essential. This role involves managing all HR aspects, including recruitment, performance management, occupational health and safety, HR systems, and policy development. You will support daily HR operations, assist the UK HR Director, and guide other team members to ensure smooth functioning. Duties and responsibilities: Oversee HR for Stockholm, collaborating with managers on employee relations and performance management. Support immigration processes for UK and SE employees, managing visa applications and Certificates of Sponsorship. Administer UK and SE benefit enrollments and changes. Build relationships with business units to ensure effective HR service delivery. Analyze issues and recommend solutions within organizational guidelines. Ensure compliance with UK and Swedish employment laws and company policies. Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, onboarding, and employment contracts. Update HR systems as required. Support performance management processes and employee reviews. Facilitate onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and manage off-boarding. Prioritize projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Handle employee relations issues and investigations, consulting with HR leadership as needed. Conduct cultural interviews and support recruitment activities. Identify trends and propose improvement strategies. Assist in recruitment, including job descriptions, screening, interviews, and references. Support the annual compensation program and employee communication. Contribute to strategic HR initiatives through research and recommendations. Create HR reports and metrics analyses. Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, sourcing, and onboarding. Design and deliver training programs. Represent Global Relay at career fairs and recruitment events. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Assist with special projects as needed. About you: Minimum 5 years’ HR experience. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it. Strong knowledge of HR standards and Swedish employment law. Experience with immigration policies and procedures. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
