A varied role that combines technical/IT support, client relationships, product/ AI development and more!
With full training provided and clear scope/ progression pathways, this is a unique opportunity locally
With no two days being the same, working closely amongst sales, client services, technology and operational teams, your role would look like:
- IT, tech, software and network support/troubleshooting
- Both hardware and software maintenance including installation and upgrading
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Help to identify faults and support clients with any queries or user problems
What we are looking for..
- A strong interest in IT computers, the digital world and technology
- Good problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator (upselling, strong client contact etc)
- Willingness to learn new skills
You will receive excellent training from professional and experienced engineers, develop your technical skills and gain exposure to new opportunities and qualifications.
