Are you a driven recruiter who knows the trades & labour market inside out? Ready to run a full 360 desk and build something that’s truly yours? We’re growing our Birmingham Operation and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across our construction desk and join a well-established team within Rail, Infrastructure and Logistics sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Business development & client relationship management
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing compliance, onboarding, and site requirements
- Growing and owning your desk with full autonomy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment
- 360 recruitment experience (or strong 180 ready to step up)
- Sales Focused and experienced operating CRM systems
- Confident with client-facing BD and negotiations
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
- Strong understanding of site-based roles & compliance
