We’re growing our Birmingham Operation further and looking for additional Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment across our construction sector and join a well-established team within Rail, Infrastructure and Logistics divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established independent recruitment company, supplying temporary, contract and permanent solutions across the Construction, Engineering, Rail, Logistics and Industrial sectors. This role is aimed at someone with the appetite to build and manage a busy division, work closely with the senior management team to deliver a robust and professional service to our clients.
We are interested in hearing from candidates from a Construction or Infrastructure recruitment background, someone that is ready to step up and enter a business with a thriving culture, someone that is hardworking and driven. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Business development & client relationship management
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing compliance, onboarding, and site requirements
- Growing and owning your division with full autonomy

- Proven experience in Construction or Infrastructure sectors
- 360 recruitment experience
- Sales focused and experienced operating CRM systems
- Confident with client-facing BD and negotiations
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
- Strong understanding of site-based roles & compliance
