- Mechanical Project Manager – Custodial (Feltham, Wandsworth)
- Electrical Site Manager – Custodial & Commercial (Newmarket, Holborn, Wandsworth, Feltham, Olympia)
- Mechanical Site Manager – Custodial & Commercial (Feltham)
Start Dates & Durations:
- Immediate starts available for several sites
- June/July 2025 – Holborn residential, Olympia custodial, Wandsworth commercial
- September 2025 – Feltham custodial, Wandsworth mechanical
- January 2026 – Other site manager roles
- Durations range from 6 months to 3 years, depending on project and site
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–5+ years (site roles) or 5+ years (project roles) of experience in electrical or mechanical construction
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent, plus relevant supervisory qualifications (ECS, SMSTS/SSSTS, etc.)
- Fully compliant with BS 7671, 18th Edition regulations (electrical) or equivalent mechanical standards
- Custodial or high-security environment experience preferred for relevant sites
- Strong leadership, budget/schedule management, and communication skills
- Eligible for security clearance (where applicable)
- Full UK driver’s licence desirable
