Plumbers / Heating Engineers / Pipefitters – Temp to Perm | Perth | Up to £26/hr Global Recruitment is looking for experienced Plumbers, Heating Engineers and Pipefitters (or a strong 1&1 team) to join a residential development project in Perth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available, offering competitive pay and overtime rates for skilled professionals. Project Details * Location: Perth * Project Type: Assisted living flats / residential development * Scope: Over 70 properties, including screwed and threaded pipework, radiator systems, valves, fittings, and heating installations * Start: Immediate starts available Pay & Hours * Up to £26/hr * Overtime at £32/hr after 39 hours * CIS / Umbrella options available What You’ll Be Doing * Installing, cutting, threading, and assembling metal and plastic pipework * Installing and maintaining plumbing and heating systems * Fitting radiators, valves, taps, and other pipework components * Testing systems for leaks and performance to ensure everything runs smoothly * Reading and working from technical drawings, plans, and schematics * Working independently or as part of a 1&1 team to meet project requirements * Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Plumber, Heating Engineer or Pipefitter * Experience with plumbing, heating installations, radiators, valves, and pipework * Comfortable working on residential developments * Skilled, reliable, and professional, with strong attention to detail Why Work With Us? * Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent employment * Immediate starts available * Competitive hourly rates and generous overtime * Opportunity to work on a well-supported residential development project How to Apply Interested in the opportunity?
