We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a busy and growing team carrying out repairs and maintenance within social housing across Renfrewshire, Glasgow, and surrounding areas. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a company vehicle following a successful probation period.
The Role
- Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating within occupied social housing properties
- Completing responsive repairs and maintenance works
- Supporting void properties when required
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting company performance standards
- Using the simPRO job management system to record jobs and progress
