Multi Trade Operative Pay Rate – Up to £20 per hour (CIS / Umbrella) 13 week probationary period – If successful a permanent contract will be offered (Rate – Dependant on performance) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance and will be competent with joinery and decorating skills. You will need to be well presented with a friendly and courteous manner. Must have a good work ethic and be willing to carry out all maintenance tasks We would expect the candidate to be able to perform general maintenance and multi trade works with a variety of tasks relating to general maintenance and refurbishment works Duties: – Carry out general maintenance repairs (Painting experience beneficial) – Assist the rest of the team on refurbishment works – Complete varied day to day problem solving – Maintain accurate records of works completely using our job management software Experience: – Proven experience as a multi trade person or similar role (we will provide a basic training service) – Strong knowledge of all trades and working environments in properties and sites – Ability to prioritise and problem solve – Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your works – Strong customer service orientation to address maintenance issues promptly – Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience: * Maintenance: 5 years (preferred) Please apply direct with your cv attached
