Overview
Job title: Multi Skilled Operative. Pay Rate: Up to Β£21 per hour + time & a half overtime (CIS / Umbrella). Start Date: 08/09/25. 13 week probationary period. If successful, PAYE contract offered (Rate β Dependant on performance). 2 weeks work in Dumfries before moving to multiple sites across Edinburgh with work guaranteed until Christmas; there will be the possibility of ongoing or permanent work in the new year.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance repairs (Painting experience beneficial).
- Assist the rest of the team on refurbishment works.
- Complete varied day to day problem solving.
- Maintain accurate records of works completely using our job management software.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a multi trade person or similar role (we will provide a basic training service).
- Strong knowledge of all trades and working environments in properties and sites.
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your works.
- Strong customer service orientation to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred).
