Global Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for a Controls Engineer to join their Production Engineering team. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge automation, SCADA/HMI systems, and smart manufacturing technology!
What You’ll Do:
- Design, program, and improve control systems on new & legacy equipment.
- Configure SCADA/HMI systems and optimize machine performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support manufacturing teams.
- Collaborate across sites on projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- BEng in Electrical/Controls Engineering or similar.
- PLC, HMI & SCADA experience (Mitsubishi preferred).
- Knowledge of VFD/VSD drives, EthernetIP, Modbus, CC-Link.
- Proven experience in live manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
Bonus: 5+ years’ experience in Controls Engineering.
