Global Recruitment are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator / Welder to join a highly skilled and well-established workshop team on a permanent basis.

Salary: Up to £21 per hour PAYE / CIS / LTD Plus overtime available

Shifts: Monday to Friday Day shift

Location: Hitchin (Luton area)

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and professional fabrication workshop working on a wide variety of high-quality steel projects. The work is varied, interesting, and includes both architectural and structural steel fabrication for commercial and residential developments. Key responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding of architectural and structural steelwork
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings with accuracy
  • Producing high-quality finished products to specification
  • Working independently and as part of a workshop team
  • Occasional site or customer-based work when required

Candidate requirements:
