Multi-Trade Project Manager
Location: Paisley (Projects Across Scotland) Salary: Up to £60,000 (Permanent) OR Competitive Hourly Rate (Temp-to-Perm Option) – Dependent on Experience
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong trade background and a proven track record of delivering multi-trade projects?
Our client, a well-established and growing contractor based in Paisley, is looking to recruit a Senior Multi-Trade Project Manager to oversee projects across Scotland.
For candidates who prefer it, there is the option to join on an initial temporary-to-permanent contract, with an hourly rate dependent on experience (typically around £32.00 per hour), before moving into a permanent position.
The Role
You'll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Working closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors, you'll provide strong leadership while managing all aspects of project delivery across a variety of multi-trade works.
About You
You'll come from a recognised trade background such as
- Electrical
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Gas
- Or another relevant construction/building services trade
You'll also have
- Significant experience managing multi-trade construction or maintenance projects
- A proven background in a senior Project Management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to manage multiple live projects across Scotland
- A full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Monitor quality, programme and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress
