Building Service Compliance Engineer A Permanent vacancy has arisen within our clients Maintenance Section for a Building Service Compliance Engineer. Rate of pay – Up to £45,000 – (Dependant on experience) + Progression opportunity\’s The role is for Dayshift – Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm and Friday 7am – 12pm. Possibility of OT but we cannot guarantee it. The main duties of the post involve: ·Writing PTW and ensuring contractors are compliant at all times ·Support compliance for water, fire and lolar for all sites ·Leading the preparation of enquiries for potential major projects ·Leading a multi-disciplinary design team where required ·Familiar with building fabrication works internal and external ·Hands on Electrical and Mechanical experience ·Providing technical support as/where required Key skills, knowledge and experience required; ·Electrical 18th Edition SVQ Level 3 ·Experience in facilities maintenance ·Legionella qualification IOSH ·Mechanical, Building works Please apply direct with your cv attached
