Global Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business in the Coatbridge area. Due to continued growth and increased workloads, we are looking to speak with experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions:
- CNC Milling Operators / Machinists
- Manual Horizontal Borers
- CNC Plasma & Laser Operators
These are 13-week temp-to-perm opportunities, offering the chance to join a well-established employer with a strong order book and long-term career prospects.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards.
- A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- A reliable and positive approach to work.
- Flexibility to work shifts where required.
Pay & Benefits
During the initial 13-week agency period, payment is available via:
- CIS
- Umbrella
- PAYE
Typical Rates Available
