Summary

We are seeking a Construction / Assistant Project Manager to oversee railway civil and signalling projects in the UK mainly covering London and the south, this role is vital in ensuring project success aligns with our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate railway civil and signalling construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6 to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld across all project phases.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members regularly.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Qualifications

• Proven experience in railway civil or signalling construction management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of civil design software such as Civil 3D.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
